Why we look the way we do?
The rationale behind the creative concept of the Singapore Biennale 2006 stems from the strong belief of marrying visual art with street culture. An intervention of art into public spaces, allowing art to be an integral part of everyday life.
This non-conformist mode of execution will reflect the omnipresence of art in almost every imaginable place or object and will evoke positive participation and interest from the general public.
